There used to be an expression, used infrequently now to call a spade a spade. Teacher was being honest but I guess in that position you have to bite your tongue over the many morons you try to teach. My wife taught for many years, our son tried it but too many morons. But look at our president an example, why did the democrats not call him what he was and is. Of course running a woman in backward America is a loser. Trump beat two. But now we have a habitual liar, convicted sex offender, marriage three, draft dodger and dishonest fool as president. America deserves him I guess as that is what they too aspire to???

GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA: A Florida mom says her kids were punished in school for her politics, including one son being branded “Most Likely to Become a Dictator" by his own teacher.

Crystal Marull, a mother of two in Alachua County, raised the alarm this week, accusing her children’s schools of targeting them over her conservative stance on book bans.

The embattled mom voiced her concerns at a local meeting. “My son, 6 years old, was prohibited from sitting next to his friend on the school bus because a parent objected to my perspectives on book challenges,” Crystal Marull told officials.

Things escalated further in her older son’s history class. “My older son’s history teacher let students label him a ‘Naziphile’ simply for his interest in history and participation in ROTC,” she said.

“She later nominated my son as the ‘Most Liked to Become a Dictator’ and had his classmates vote on it and try to force him to the front of the class to receive the certificate, which he rightly refused, all because of his conservative values and our perspectives.”

Well, she can take solace in that in the grand scheme of things "dictator" is a much higher level of human achievement than liberal "teacher".

No doubt DeSantis will go in dry on the school and county school board over this. He’s been cleaning up the university ( University of Florida) located there a good bit from what I understand.

Unfortunately, teachers as demented and woke as that one have been infiltrating our education system for a long time now while the more competent educators have been forced out or made so uncomfortable they leave. Even the otherwise good teachers are almost all TDS afflicted.

I understand the teacher in this incident was fired as she should have been? But her numbers are legion. It will take a long time to fully change the really horrible culture of American education and restore it to be institutions of education instead of indoctrination.
