Colorado didn’t try Trump for a federal crime. they are in charge of ballot eligibility in their state and they followed standards set in the constitution to make their determination. Whatever happened to states rights? I thought y’all supported that

I do support states rights, that don’t directly affect the federal government. I couldn’t care less if they removed all gubernatorial candidates from their state’s ballot. It is up to the citizens of their state to wrong that right. In this case, the electorial college accepts their votes for the President of the US. They shouldn’t be able to go off the rails and do any thing they want and expect their votes to be counted.
