The question was about ISIS. You know the terrorist organization which occupied the vacuum left in Iraq when petulant former President Barack Hussein Obama pull all our troops out in spite of the strong objections by his military advisers.

American troops never had any business in Iraq to begin with. Middle East terrorists were active before so-called ISIS and they will continue when ISIS is gone. It was the removal of Saddam by George W Bush which created the vacuum for Al Qaeda.

But of course Putin really really wanted Trump in the White House. Trump, who vowed to strengthen the US military, while Hillary was following Obama's feckless world leadership and diminishing our strength. Yes, Putin wanted an American president who would stand up to him.
