Supreme Court won’t review sanctions against pro-Trump lawyers who filed frivolous 2020 election suits

The Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to revisit sanctions levied against two pro-Trump attorneys who filed frivolous lawsuits challenging the outcome of the 2020 election in Michigan.

They and other attorneys should ask themselves what they were thinking when they filed Big Lie cases. It's one thing to be political supporters but another thing to stake your career and ability to practice law on such flimsy cases. They let politics cloud their professional judgment and they are paying the price. Trump has left them hanging in the wind too.
