Back in the day, Republicans talked about "the Silent Majority" AKA suburban moderates. Nowadays, 45% of American voters are Independents because they feel neither major party represents they. They are the "Deciders", as GW labeled them.

Just because Americans aren't news junkies or screaming on message boards and Facebook doesn't mean they aren't concerned about watching the American Republic and our Constitution being torn down with politicians picking their voters in an Authoritarian America.
