Yeah, if he WERE black, there are many examples, throughout the nation, where he would not have even been indicted. Every weekend in black cities, black men fend off attacks, and liberal DA's don't prosecute for this type of shit. No gun charges, no reckless discharge, no attempted nothing, nada.
