I just saw some official on TV this morning reporting that the Strait is open and about 60-70 ships are going through per day. Also, apparently when some Iranian remarked that they might try to close it again, Trump's answer to them was: "Do that and you won't have a country."

I think the USA has bent over backwards and allowed itself to be pushed around just about as far as I can stand. It just makes us look weak and uncommitted and just invites Iran to do it more.

Time to rock n roll.

Maybe it appeared to be the truth when they wrote their article. The situation changes by the day. The USA says the Strait is open, they knocked out Iran's radar and stuff blinding them to ship traffic, our ships patrol the Strait, we destroy any Iranian boats messing around or trying to lay mines.

Meanwhile, Iran is a 100% propaganda machine. Lying is a way of life, part of their religion. Every word out of their mouth is to preserve a self-image for the people back in Iran of indomitable will and strength.

Right now I think getting insurers back in the UK to keep insurance on these tankers as being a bigger factor in Strait traffic than is Iran's actual military.

Keep in mind that all of the oil-bearing countries in the Gulf are now actively seeking to replace or build alternate pathways/pipelines to bypass needing the Strait at all so that Iran can never pull this crap again.

You're confusing flip-flopping with giving Trump the benefit of the doubt that he might have something else up his sleeves that we're just not seeing as I have agreed with other members on here like I do believe toobfreak himself has said, but at this point I'm just losing my patience with him and want him to do whatever it is that he has up his sleeves if anything and be done with it already and then take out Iran.

4. Call them up and give them the same 24 hour ultimatum: surrender, etc., by the deadline or next we take out Kharg Island and blow up all their oil wells and much more.
5. *And between steps 1 and 2, contact other major countries saying that if they don't want to see Iran wiped off the map, they better get down there and lend aid into stopping Iran and opening the Strait otherwise, we will do it our way.
6. And if Step 4 didn't work, next up, start dropping MOABS on Tehran, etc., leveling cities.
