Any grade school student can add and subtract, the CBO has been issuing projections for years, and yet some feel the CBO just doesn't understand and is wrong. The fact is that they do. Class warfare and hysterical statements by some proclaim the system can be saved as it is, suffer from a sense of mathematical delusion that is on course to turn America into Greece. Can portions of the current system be overhauled and refined to correct the flaws, yes, however, until people realize and embrace alternatives they are doomed to be willing participants in the fall of this country. Yes and Obamacare sets up this voucher system for those in the single market. The only difference between Obamacare and Paul Ryans plan is that Obamacare cuts wasteful spending, implemented quality improvements and actually makes it affordable to get health care. Furthermore currently Medicare is 50% more efficient then a voucher system. So basically you hate Obamacare, but want to turn Medicare into Obamacare despite Medicare being vastly superior as it is.
