StepDad of Brown being investigated.

And the mom is being investigated for assault and battery on Grandma.

Should be an open and shut case considering he did it in front of a camera.

A man fatally loses his son/ stepson to the Police.

Perhaps it was the fault of the son, perhaps it was the fault of the Police, or perhaps they both were at fault, it makes no difference.

That man is so filled with grief... he becomes rash. Even senseless at times.

Some have accused this man of inciting riots amidst the death of his son at the hands of a police officer.

For what purpose would he commit such "terrible" deeds?

For the only purpose that could account for such fervor.

Love.

Only that.

Yeah, he was just full of love, wasn't he?

To be clear, Michael Brown was not this guy's stepson. This guy was banging Brown's mom for the last year , nothing more. He didn't raise Brown, and has no doubt had more to do with him since he died than he did in the year that he was banging his mom while Michael was alive.

For what purpose? You'll have to ask the convicted felon.

By your logic....Muslims overseas who have lost loved ones in the Iraq War would be justified in coming here and encouraging others to destroy US cities.

Glad you were honest in your feelings.

Yes, love. Love of the spotlight, love of the attention and I'm sure he's quite the local celebrity these days. He had a lot of love in his heart for himself but not so much for his town or community when he was calling to burn it all to the ground.

And even if he was the biological father that raised Brown, there still would be no excuse for calling on people to "burn this bitch down". I hope they throw the book at this POS.

It's a federal law, they need to start prosecuting it. Now that Holder is leaving (or gone?) they stand a chance.

18 U.S.C. 2101 US Code - Section 2101 Riots
(a) Whoever travels in interstate or foreign commerce or uses any facility of interstate or foreign commerce, including, but not limited to, the mail, telegraph, telephone, radio, or television, with intent - (1) to incite a riot; or (2) to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot; or (3) to commit any act of violence in furtherance of a riot; or (4) to aid or abet any person in inciting or participating in or carrying on a riot or committing any act of violence in furtherance of a riot;

Don't forget (watch the video again) while inciting those close to him to riot, he reached for and missed grabbing a microphone "give me that mic" trying to get even more to join the riot.

I believe at a minimum he'll be going back inside for a probation violation. You can't get caught on camera yelling to burn down someone's property down and just walk away.

You know they aren't married, right? And he was raised by his grandmother, as well as Louis Head, had recently gotten out of prison. I doubt there was much of a relationship there.I ciule be wrong, but...
