Here's a case coming to a neighborhood near you.... Bobby Jindal, fed up with the cluster-f that is the Gulf oil spill is proposing to bypass the Corpse of Engineers and have the state pick up the work needed... the Feds are already pushing back.

Why on earth would the Feds be upset that the state's doing the work to help clean up?

The FDA is a "clusterfuck" enough already.

I mean, they approve aspartame for goodnessakes. Read more about it, and you'll see it's more harmful than good...

And Thalidomide...And Vioxx...And Fen-phen...

But when has any FDA bureaucrat ever been held to account when they approve such disasters?....Never.
