Anyone can sue anyone for just about anything. You mention the lawsuit against Trump as if the mere existence of the lawsuit proves the allegations made in it. If I sue you for trafficking in child porn, does that mean you're guilty?

Trump has shown that accusations of sexual assault by multiple women does not hurt presidential aspirations, so why should this hurt Biden any more than it did Trump?
