Wow, sorry I didn't make it clear. North Carolina's 11th Congressional District. Some of the finest people you will ever meet. And yes, religious. I mean this is snake handler country, and yes, they still do that in some places. Most don't take too kindly to adultery.

And Matthew Cawthon, I mean you don't have to know local politics here in North Carolina to recognize that name. He was one of the original crazies, original bud of MTG. His seat was ripe for the pickings and Hayes knew it. One of those special seats in North Carolina, like the tenth. Strongly Republican, once you get the seat, well you pretty much set for life unless you are just a total dumbass, ie--Cawthon. These seats were firmly entrenched in the Republican camp and the people have been treated accordingly. Ignored and taken advantage of.
