spring and chicks are here......

i ordered 25 chicks....the tracking number said they would be here Thursday meaning 4 days in the mail....i was not looking forward to a box of dead chicks..apparently the chicks got sped up by the usps...and i got them today...totally not ready but here they are...25 chicks 8 varieties...

Do you put them in a henhouse or just plant them right away?
