Beginning today, as I can, each day I'll hit you sports fans with my "Sports Question of the Day" to see what everyone's take is on a particular subject.
Without further ado, here is today's Sports Question of the Day:
Who got the better of the deals in the trades Matthew Stafford for Jared Goff and Carson Wentz to the Colts for Indianapolis's third round pick in this year's draft and a conditional second round pick in 2022.
I think the Rams will benefit more only because they are a better team. Detroit is not getting much of an upgrade with Goff. As for Wentz, as a Steelers fan I wanted to see him come to Pittsburgh and replace Ben Roethlsiberger who I think should retire. But for the Colts, Philip Rivers even at his age was a better quarterback than Wentz so I don't see that they had that much of an upgrade. By dumping Wentz, the Eagles have created themselves a dilemma if Jalen Hurtz does not become the real deal.
Bring on the opinions!
