So no. No explanation why Dems/ Socialists were pimping new immigration laws that would guarantee a minimum number of imported illegals. Why do you believe others are as naive as you to believe that Biden would comply with a host of new immigration laws when he specifically ignores existing laws?

Judicial Watch: 113 Non-Citizens Voted in DC Presidential Primary
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today it received an Excel spreadsheet of names and other data from the District of Columbia Board of Elections revealing that 113 non-citizens voted in the June “2024 Presidential Primary.”

The records previously obtained by Judicial Watch include a Board of Elections meeting transcript that explains that noncitizens are not required to have an ID to vote. If they do not have proof of residence when they go to register to vote or vote for the first time they can still vote by “Special Ballot.” Also, prisoners are welcome to vote, according to a “Voting Guide for Incarcerated Residents.”
“The fact that 113 foreign nationals voted in the presidential primary in Washington, D.C., is a national scandal, is an insult to every American voter, and may be a violation of federal law,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said.

(Columbus) – Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced today that county boards of elections are being directed to remove an additional 499 non-citizen registrations from Ohio’s voter rolls. The latest action comes as part of a multi-phase, comprehensive audit of the statewide voter registration database ahead of the November general election.

In May, the Secretary of State’s Public Integrity Division and Office of Data Analytics and Archives initiated a review of voter records for compliance with Ohio’s constitutional citizenship requirement. Using identification records provided by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), the office found 136 voter registrations assigned to Ohio residents who twice confirmed their non-citizenship status to the BMV. Eighty of those individuals failed to respond to notices asking that they either confirm their citizenship status or cancel their registration, and boards are initiating the removal of those registrations.
The latest removals announced today include individuals who confirmed their non-citizen status to the BMV, and a subsequent review of the federal Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) database system has confirmed them to be non-citizens. These individuals failed to respond to notices from the Secretary of State’s office asking that they either confirm their citizenship status or cancel their registration. Any individual whose registration is removed pursuant to the Secretary’s directive can submit a provisional ballot, which will be counted upon proof of citizenship.

Secretary LaRose added that investigations into the citizenship status of voter registration records remain ongoing, and additional removals may be ordered ahead of the November general election. The office’s Election Integrity Unit also will refer cases for criminal prosecution.
This is also one of the requirements of Bill Clinton's NVRA of 1993, purging 90 days ahead of a federal election.

The Oregon DMV admitted on Friday to wrongfully registering at least 306 non-citizens to vote in U.S. elections.
The DMV says the wrongful registrations have occurred since 2021 and were the result of a program that automatically registered anyone who obtained a driver's license or state ID. State officials say they expect to find more wrongful registrations ahead of Election Day.
Oregon has allowed non-citizens to obtain diver's licenses since 2019. Of the 306 people identified, just two have cast ballots in an election since 2021.

Well goll-ee........thought this was virtually impossible. So if Oregon's automatically registering driver license applicants, no brainer that other states are doing the same. And if they don't follow the voter roll purge law, they can 'legally' vote.

I'd bet they aren't alone..
We know any of the swing states that offered DLs to non citizens in 2020, did not accidentally include them...that was checked.
But other states offering non citizens DLs might have made the same Oregon mistake....

It is being pushed in Michigan to give illegal aliens driver licenses in Michigan.
Michigan has automatic voter registration when you obtain or renew your license.
So illegal will be registered to vote. Still illegal to vote for a while.
