Special Counsel Jack Smith has withdrawn his case

So, they were invited to the House,

Yes.

to look around,

No. To pick up the Redweld of 38 documents.

When they requested to look in the other boxes they were denied.

they were limited on what they could look at, but they were allowed to look around.

They were not allowed to search as you claimed court documents said.

They were there to transfer teh Redweld and were denied a voluntary search.

As I stated, they allowed them in.

That is not what you said. You said court documents allowed them to search in June when the Redweld of 38 documents was turned over and the certification received from Trump attorney's that therer were no other classified documents present.

I provided a court document showing they were NOT allowed to search as you claimed. (My claim)

Now it's on you to provide the court document you claim exists showing that they WERE allowed to search, and no - stepping foot on the property is not allowing a search.

They weren’t allowed to look in the boxes, they were allowed to look around though

The subpoena was for any document with classified markings. The DoJ does not know, and doesn’t have to know, what documents Trump had that fit that description.

But Trump is legally required to comply with the subpoena fully.
They served a sup that day, when they were invited to look around and handed documents

Yes they were. They searched the room where the documents were stored even
Court documents indicate they were allowed to see the room, but could not open any boxes.

Which means they were not allowed to search the room.

The subpoena had been served months prior to their arrival at Mar a Lago that day. Trump was given months to search for the documents and handed over a small fraction of the documents he was legally required.

Correct the court documents show what I said, they were there and allowed to search. When someone gives law enforcement concent to search they can limit the scope of it

As trump did her when he turned over documents and allowed them to search

They also handed a sup on June 6th the day trump allowed them in his home to search

It’s idiotic to say that constituted a “search”.

But even if we did accept your idiotic statement, it only made the search warrant more necessary. Trump was purposefully hiding the documents by limiting the scope of the “voluntary search”.

They were left with no other option but to use a search warrant.

The agents asked to search they were denied.

I've posted the court document that shows this.

And no, being on property does not mean they got to search.

Some people get so ingrained with not admitting they were wrong.

They think they "save face" by continuing the farce.
