The US´ persistent violation of the agreement authorizes North Korea to strike the South at any time.

The US should readily agree to remove the THAAD system and inform the new South Korean government that we'll also be removing all our troops and suspending the annual training exercises. That will reduce some of the military's overseas operational costs.
