The Harvard CARE money was for primarily for student loans. They also use their own money for student loans since 70% of their students get financial assistance and CARE isn't enough. I promise you, some of those Texas colleges in my links are just as flush with wealthy graduate benefactor money.

The Harvard CARE money was for primarily for student loans. They also use their own money for student loans since 70% of their students get financial assistance and CARE isn't enough. I promise you, some of those Texas colleges in my links are just as flush with wealthy graduate benefactor money.
A lot of Koch money goes to red state colleges too!
