It's not anti-Fa. This is a well organized groups from the dark web - anarchists. The looting of stores in New York, by gangs of young white males on skateboards, shows a strong degree of professionalism and organization. High end stores in Manhattan have literally been picked clean. Not just of merchandize, but mannequins, and store fixtures as well.
