We have laws that say they can't......when they are caught with a gun they get arrested.....just like any other crime. Just like you can't prevent someone from driving 40 in a 35 mph zone......you punish them when they break the law........you do the same with guns.....

Waiting until they get the guns, do a crime, and get caught doesn't prevent anything. You already made it clear that criminals don't obey the laws. In every other instance, we put the responsibility on the supplier. If someone supplies booze to an under aged kid, they get in lots of trouble, the kid might get his hand slapped.
