I like the idea of Hydrogen fuel, it is less likely to blow up as gasoline, and you can store more because it must be in a liquid state that condenses more than gas. When it burns though it produces water, not CO, which then has to be sent through a catalytic converter to add the extra O to make it CO2. The CC causes the engine to lose power while straight burning hydrogen you get more bang for your buck. Now all we have to do is convince the oil companies to rig for hydrogen instead of oil.

The Military has always been kind of F'd up. The mission of a fighting organization is pretty clear but, in peacetime, we have always tried to run the military like a company. A really large, bloated, inefficient company that can't go out of business, no matter how much waste they produce.

When George Washington crossed The Delaware River to attack Hessian forces at Trenton NJ in that famous battle, the Navy of Philadelphia (yes, that was a real thing) wouldn't supply Washington with the boats he needed. Washington stole (militarily appropriated) heavy boats from a local ironworks to get his men and artillery across The Delaware River.

The major problem is with the Marxists because they dont want Fusion reactors at port cities that can generate a ton of electricity, thus lowering the cost of energy, but then provide the Hydrogen needed to fuel cars, because then the Marxists cant control the people, like they are trying to do with EV's and high gas prices. The poor and middle class are to suffer the Marxists because like good little sheep, those Joe Biden voters then must use public transportation like buses or light rail trains, get close with smelly ass people like Okaydokeyfine, and if you bus or tain doesnt get close to your work, then you have to walk quite a few blocks to get to your place of work, thus stepping over all the drugged out homeless people, that the Marxists so adore and round up when it is vote time.
