The prosecutor had figured out Ford wasnt lying and the Dems were making Kav look like a fool since he couldnt answer a yes or no question. Thats why that loud mouth jumped in and changed the subject to Feinstein who was nowhere near the attempted rape. The prosecutor was a bad choice gone worse for this. Just found out that even if the victims open a case with the local authorities not much can be done. The law in 1982 was that attempted rape and sexual assault were misdemeanors with a 1 year statute of limitations.
