I realized the democratic party was broken during Obama's 2008 campaign. He was accused of a being a closeted Muslim. But that wasn't the point. Obama was never a "black guy" to me. He was a lowlife street hustler and "community organizer" who only succeeded by way of affirmative action. My dear brother, (in California) told me proudly: "I'M VOTING FOR A BLACK MAN" (Obama) in 2008. I lost my religion then on democrats. Never mind Obama is as white as black, too. Never mind all that. It's interesting. You left Democrats, and I become a 'Democrat' voter over time. I'm not actually a registered Democrat but openly admit to voting with them more often as of late and I'm just curious as to why people tend to move in different directions over time.
