1. WI and MI officially stopped counting at around midnight. The spikes happened at 3am - 4a.m.

2. No batch of ballots would be 100% Biden in a perfect vertical spike, in the middle of the night. Then guess what, exactly the same thing in Michigan! In the middle of the night. Both just enough to overtake Trump.
