The one thing Trump didn't figure on is that executive privilege only belongs to one person at a time. Trump used the DOJ, and lawsuit after lawsuit to keep from having to testify, or to release his tax returns.

A new Continental Congress and Possibly a New Constitutional Convention to review, revise, and revive, the foundations of our Representative Republic national pride and confidence in Our Govt. When you have an Old structure sometimes the Mortar needs to be renewed first you "Scrape away the Old rotten mortar" and reinforce the foundation with new Mortar where necessary. You don't have to tear down the house to repair the Foundation. The road America is on under the bureaucracy in place leads to Revolt on a lot of different levels.
