So, Matt Gaetz Won’t Be AG. Can He Go Back To Congress?

Correct there was no crime. That has nothing to do with trump

Xiden’s DOJ conducted the investigation
There was a crime. Several in fact. But with Trump promising to pardon a shit-load of people. Gaetz was likely to get one, which would make the whole investigation moot.

Sorry yes there were many crimes, rhe congressman was in fact a victim.

Everybody who supported January 6th.

It’s not illegal to object

What in the world are you even talking about at this point
It makes Gaetz a Trump supporter, and Trump promised to pardon (blanket pardon) all his January 6th supporters.

Do the math.

Pardon them for what? Gaetz isn’t charged with any crime related to Jan 6th. He didn’t do anything illegal

Actually he did illegal acts from sex trafficking to violation of the Mann act. And that doesn't include the crimes he was involved in with his friend, the tax collector.

No he didn't. the Xiden DOJ investigated that and cleared him. They did however charge people with extortion for claiming he did.

That's what Mueller said.
Really?

Mueller testimony before congress, July 25, 2019, 11:45 AM EDT

There are certain points that bear emphasis.

First, our investigation found that the Russian government interfered in our election in sweeping and systematic fashion.

Second, the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired with the Russian government in its election interference activities. We did not address collusion, which is not a legal term; rather we focused on whether the evidence was sufficient to charge any member of the campaign with taking part in a criminal conspiracy, and there was not.

Third, our investigation of efforts to obstruct the investigation and lie to investigators was of critical importance. Obstruction of justice strikes at the core of the government's effort to find the truth and to hold wrongdoers accountable.

Finally, as described in Volume 2 of our report, we investigated a series of actions by the president towards the investigation. Based on Justice Department policy and principles of fairness, we decided we would not make a decision as to whether the president committed a crime.
That was our decision then and it remains our decision today.
