I haven't seen any of the officers that were shorter than 5'-2" and less than 125 pounds. If you have feel free to point them out. Also if you pay attention Babbitt walked past 3 officers any of them could have caught her by her backpack and prevented her from reaching the broken window. It's very apparent in this video.
