Fuel prices are dominated by OPEC+ and world events not US production. Also Trumps deregulation moves had little impact on Texas's big increase, deeper in the Permian Basin.

Fuel is a worldwide product, not domestic. But the more we flood the market with our fuel, the lower the price goes.

We can't flood the oil market. We are oil dependent and have been since the late 1950's. Exporting huge amounts of our Natural gas has caused that price to skyrocket too.
