This construction is related to when he helplessly tried to troll Marco Rubio as a "leightweight chocker". I'm sure Rubio's car emergency brakes appreciated that one.

This only shows how really stupid he is. And, he does this all of the time. Doesn't anyone proof read his tweets before he's allowed to post them? Oh wait!
