And who will be paid for this "study"? How much will they be paid? We need to quit studying shit. No blacks alive today have been held as slaves, at least not in the context being cited as reason for reparations. No whites today have held black slaves in the same context. We've had decades of affirmative action and other government paid programs intended to help blacks recover from the harm done by slavery (way back when) and Jim Crow. If blacks have failed to avail themselves of such programs, shame on them.
