Once the construction crews are hired and the Coastal Commission paid off, the affordable housing will be multimillion dollar condos. They do this over and over. The mega mansions may be gone, but the condos will take over. They will get congestion housing. Pack in a few boutiques and stores, call it a 15 minute city and call it a day.
