FYI:

  • NO, not all teachers are liberals.
  • NO, there is no vetting of prospective teachers for liberal political views.
  • NO, conservative teachers do not "keep their mouths shut" for fear of repercussions.
  • NO, unions do NOT order, influence, or demand any particular teaching topics or approaches to individual teachers.
  • NO, local school districts do NOT take their marching orders from the federal government.

More to come...

Also:

  • In 31 years of teaching, I have never seen a cross-dressing guest reader for students of any age.
  • On a quick stroll around the school this morning I saw exactly ZERO rainbow flags but saw an American flag in each classroom.
  • I've never heard any of my colleagues try to push the idea that America is a terrible, evil country on their students.
  • I DO hear the Pledge of Allegiance recited every morning; "under God" and all.

More to come...

Look at any peer reviewed article on whether education leans left and they all say that it does.

Moreover, look at how K through 12 operate. We see children incited to protest such things as guns and climate change, but never any controversial topics that are conservative, like the massive spending being done in government that will bankrupt their generation. Could you imagine high schoolers protesting abortion, for example? The heads of Left wingers would literally explode if they did, yet the Left can do as they please with these children.

Just look at this high schooler who refused to protest guns. He was told he either had to protest on school hours with the other kids or go to study hall. Instead, he sat in science class where he was supposed to be, and they then proceeded to expel him, and all on taxpayers money.

And what of the gender cult being taught in schools?

Gender confusion is up 4000% among kids due to it being pumped in the media and the schools in various ways.

You even have issues with teachers not telling parents that they use new pronouns and identify as another gender.

If education does not lean left, how then can universities defend all minorities and expel any student who threatens minorities, only to allow their students to chase Jews into attics at these major universities and talk about genocide with impunity?

In fact, how can any sane normal person with any level of morality allow it?

Yet, here we are.

In my very liberal city, the high schools allow kids to come to classes dressed like homeless people. :omg: Now that there is very liberal.
We have all been through the system and know it leans left.

That is the funny part here.

But many have not been exposed to how much more Left wing it is, with the gender cult and climate cult and DEI cult in the mix today.

And if allowed to continue, it will just get worse.

I already knew that it is the uneducated masses of MAGATs who are piss ignorant about teachers and public schools.

Speaking of education, I would suggest people learn the meaning of the word "anecdotal".
You could have easily done it, slacker.

(of an account) not necessarily true or reliable, because based on personal accounts rather than facts or research.

Public schools place more emphasis on college prep than in the past, which flies in the face of our need for blue collar technical skills.
Correct, they are less concerned bout the viability of training in schools that will get them jobs than they are allowing students to take in insane amounts of debt for a degree that they will use to get a job working a McDonalds.
