Okay:Prove me wrong Poindexter. ...Stupid lie.The climate scientists also claimed polar bears would be extinct by the year 2000![]()
Siberia, which has been warming faster than just about any other part of the world.
It's just weather, not climate change.
SARCASM ALERT
No, the scientists still call it global warming. Are we going to start calling it 'local warming' now?
Nice meltdown.....I give it an A+. ....
Go try to find one instance of the climate science community making this retarded claim that seems to be the one contribution that SunniMan is capable of making in this topic. You will never find it, because he made it up.
Nice little lie you made up...Nice meltdown.....I give it an A+. ....

Prove it's a lie Poindexter. ....Nice little lie you made up...
You are embarrassing yourself.Prove it's a lie Poindexter. ....Nice little lie you made up...![]()
Nope, the other way around Poindexter. You are embarrassing yourself.
I am not sure what you were lookong for. All normal, functioning adults know they dont get to make up silly lies and then demand everyone else prove them wrong. The fact that you will whine for pages without offering a shred of support fpr your lie is proof enough to anyone who has read your posts.Nope, the other way around Poindexter. You are embarrassing yourself.
You embarrassed yourself by crying to the board that the Sunni Man was being mean to you. .....

That is just a tiny area compared to the enormous size of Siberia. ....![]()
An answer from you without all the whining. ...I am not sure what you were lookong for.
Okay. You made up a stupid lie for lack of anything else to say. As you will show us with 3 pages of whining but no links. An answer from you without all the whining. ...I am not sure what you were lookong for.![]()
The idea that no solution exists never occurs to you, and this is your strength, i.e. ignorance. It's just weather, not climate change.
SARCASM ALERT
There is nothing that can be done to change the climate or the weather, so it really doesn't make a diff, does it?
And even if we could change the climate- maybe by changing the moon's orbit or earth's rotation or some other unproven scheme- would be really want to risk it?
Controlling the change, as well as the side effects of any change, would be extremely difficult and no one knows if it would cause a worse crisis than a little bit of warm weather.

Cut and run.....you're a class act. ...
Back to the topic...
Now vee grow toe may toe like Ukraine do !“…..For the third year in a row, residents of northeastern Siberia are reeling from the worst wildfires they can remember, and many are left feeling helpless, angry and alone.
They endure the coldest winters outside Antarctica with little complaint. But in recent years, summer temperatures in the Russian Arctic have gone as high as 100 degrees, feeding enormous blazes that thaw what was once permanently frozen ground.
Last year, wildfires scorched more than 60,000 square miles of forest and tundra, an area the size of Florida. That is more than four times the area that burned in the United States during its devastating 2020 fire season. This year, more than 30,000 square miles have already burned in Russia, according to government statistics, with the region only two weeks into its peak fire season.
Scientists say that the huge fires have been made possible by the extraordinary summer heat in recent years in northern Siberia, which has been warming faster than just about any other part of the world. And the impact may be felt far from Siberia. The fires may potentially accelerate climate change by releasing enormous quantities of greenhouse gases and destroying Russia’s vast boreal forests, which absorb carbon out of the atmosphere.
Last year, the record-setting fires in the remote Siberian region of Yakutia released roughly as much carbon dioxide as did all the fuel consumption in Mexico in 2018, according to Mark Parrington, a senior scientist at the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service in Reading, England.”

As Frozen Land Burns, Siberia Fears: ‘If We Don’t Have the Forest, We Don’t Have Life’ (Published 2021)
Northeastern Siberia is a place where people take Arctic temperatures in stride. But 100-degree days are another matter entirely.www.nytimes.com
An area larger than Florida burned last year in Siberia. Think about it. This year another 30,000 square miles so far and the fire season has barely begun.
The ramifications fo climate change are coming at us like a freight train. Let us not leave our children with this mess and start the hard work to fix it.
