There is some smoke and the smell of cordite re: the military seeking the return of bonus money from those too incapacitated from wounds to continue military service.

Does anyone have something solid on this? does anyone have anything on this to knock it down?

I would hate to think that further outrage is being perpetuated on the forces, especially those walking the streets in Iraq and Afghanistan.
