Here is the definition of psychosis from Wiki:
Psychosis is an abnormal condition of the mind that results in difficulties determining what is real and what is not real.[4] Symptoms may include delusions and hallucinations.[4] Other symptoms may include incoherent speech and behavior that is inappropriate for the situation.[4]
Psychosis may involve delusional beliefs. A delusion is commonly defined as an unrelenting sense of certainty maintained despite strong contradictory evidence.
I mean those of us who have read Trumpist posts concerning election fraud recognize the delusion, the incoherence and the inability of Trumpers to differentiate between fact and fiction.
Should this Trumpist obsession with the lie of voter fraud be considered a psychosis?
