I've never seen a libertarian, hardcore or otherwise, advocate getting rid of prisons so that prisoners can roam free forcing everyone else to arm and defend themselves.
Well, because such people don't exist in real life. My point was it's the "theoretical extreme." It's a place libs like to go when they are arguing against libertarians. Since Ravi was the one arguing the point, I figured that was the tactic.
You know the one, "you don't like roads? No schools? No services of any kind? They make libertarians into anarchists.....
