Yes, of course.

People owe loyalty to their employers. They get paid for that. They then owe loyalty to the managers, supervisors, officers, facilitators, or whatever name you give to bosses, that their employers appoint over them.

The American people are the employers of generals, department heads, and other senior government officials, and they owe loyalty to the American people and the boss the American people appoint over them. From January 2017 to early January 2021, that boss was name Donald Trump.

Anyone drawing a federal check who thought Donald Trump so loathsome that they could not serve under him, should have handed in their resignation. Barring that, their role was to work to help Trump fulfill the mandate that his voters gave to him. The same applies now to any federal worker who hates Biden. Set aside that bias and work for him in his role as duly elected president or stay the fuck home and pout.

If an elected president ever truly went rogue, to the point that he should not have that role of boss of federal employees, congress is who the voters should turn to so he can be impeached and removed. Undermining him and ginning up fake investigations of him is not what federal employees get paid for.

No matter how self-aggrandizing their government phone texts are.

Should the FBI or government workers be loyal to BIDEN? Have they any shame or honor?
You may not like this answer.

Yes, they should be loyal to Biden, as the elected representative of the people. If they cannot, they should quit and let someone take the job who will.

I have no doubt that the world's highest paid crackhead, Hunter Biden is a bagman for his incredibly corrupt father. That knowledge was readily available to voters, but they voted for Biden anyway.

The FBI should have turned over copies of all Biden-related evidence to Congress, keeping originals in sealed storage as soon as Biden was elected.

If the congress investigates and finds criminality, they can impeach and remove him. If the Biden Crime family refuses to cooperate with the congressional investigations, they can impeach and remove him.

If they choose not to, the American people can hold Biden and/or congress accountable at the next election. Once Biden is out of office, if the files the FBI turned over to congress have disappeared, they can dust off the backups and start the criminal investigation again.

The whole point of impeachment is that a sitting president or other high federal official, not be vulnerable to furtively politicized law-enforcement, but to be held accountable by openly partisan congress people.

Yes all those democratic congressional members and staffers should have yielded to Emperor Trump because they are federal employees

Government workers don't work for the president. They work for the American people. That is one of the main points that trump and his crazies just didn't understand.

Article II, Section 1, Clause 8:

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:–I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

What is the time relationship between a President’s assumption of office and his taking the oath? Apparently, the former comes first, this answer appearing to be the assumption of the language of the clause. The Second Congress assumed that President Washington took office on March 4, 1789,1although he did not take the oath until the following April 30.

That the oath the President is required to take might be considered to add anything to the powers of the President, because of his obligation to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution, might appear to be rather a fanciful idea. But in President Jackson’s message announcing his veto of the act renewing the Bank of the United States there is language which suggests that the President has the right to refuse to enforce both statutes and judicial decisions based on his own independent decision that they were unwarranted by the Constitution.2 The idea next turned up in a message by President Lincoln justifying his suspension of the writ of habeas corpus without obtaining congressional authorization.3 And counsel to President Johnson during his impeachment trial adverted to the theory, but only in passing.4 Beyond these isolated instances, it does not appear to be seriously contended that the oath adds anything to the President’s powers.

Sorry my eyes glazed over after the first sentence. Biden should be, and needs be impeached. Everything democrats project on Trump, THEY are doing. There was NO evidence Trump did anything wrong. NONE. But The FBI sweeps Biden's sins under the rug. That will change PDQ...

Ok........If you say so.

You have a horrendously poor knowledge of American laws.

Nothing you post, not one of your threads has anything to do with what the Constitution of the USA and the laws of the USA say.

If you do live in another country, where law is crime, and crime is law, do let us know. Exactly what country do you come from?

Some things will change. When a Grand Jury has enough evidence in front of them, Mr. Trump may be indicted. That is the law of the USA.

I am trying to figure out what reason DEMOCRATS had to raid the home of a former president and political rival and pretend that isn't a political precedent. But they redact the reasons on subpoenas...because "they say so". Sorry, that ISN'T good enough.

You keep playing at everyone being dumb.

Conspiracy theories, after conspiracy theories, is all you do, demonizing the Democrats with the minimal accusations.

Are you seriously going to keep not paying attention to anything and everything that has to do with the laws of the US of America?

And then play at being an American AND a Patriot?

You do know why there was a search warrant to go to Mar A Lago and for what purpose, and what was found, and why all of that was not returned in January or when they were requested to be returned from then till August 8th.

You do know it.

I am going to ignore you. You don't know what the hell you are talking about, and it shows. Bye bye.

Ok, you got me.

Federal employees in the executive branch should be loyal to the executive. The small percentage of federal employees who work for congress, should be loyal to their appointed bosses.

Its been explained to you several times already. Are you stoooopid?

The LOYALTY.... is to the Country, not the President.
Yes, and I will patiently explain again that the Country elects a president and then pays people to work toward the president's goals.

If they go to work with a burning and debilitating hatred for the elected president, they cannot effective do what they are paid to do.

That glaze over your eyes is called partisanship, which is a trap the twoparties set for you.

That is what someone like you always does. Ignore the facts of what has been happening in the country, be it 1/6/21 or anything else.

Ignore all you like. Facts are not ignoring you.

That is certainly the way a trumpster would think, but it's not how it works. All federal employees work for the American people.

Completely unsupervised, and each one is free and duty bound to do their jobs as they individually judge best for the American people?

Nope. They have bosses and their bosses have bosses, and in the executive branch that chain leads to the president.

No one can rightly claim to be a law unto themselves, by claiming to be working for the American people.
