Biden & Obama deported NOBODY. You are a leftwing media dupe. They issued thousands of summonses to illegals (always ignored), and then went around calling them "deportations", and you fall for it, as do millions of liberal victims of leftwing propaganda media. Ho hum.
Those so-called Biden "deportation" migrants are NOW being deported, for real, by Trump, Homan. Noem.
Instead of making an assumption, why don’t you ask a question? I absolutely think our immigration system should be regulated. Not open border and not only available to those with Money and credentials."Fact remain the USA should provide opportunity for all who want to come here work hard and prove themselves." Yup,for equal rights… And for righting wrongs.
All you’re doing is showing off your ignorance
Ignorance is believing we should discriminate against people who did no wrong to try to help people who experienced no wrong. All you’re doing is showing off your ignorance
First off calling them illegals is incorrect. That determination can only be made by the courts. They are undocumented and our economy would be in the shitter if it weren't for them. Get rid of all the criminals among them and US and we'll all be better off. But targeting anyone just because they are undocumented is foolish at best. If they've been here for years. , have children born here and worked / contributed to the society they should clearly be valued as the asset they are and be allowed to become citizens. Send the criminal.element back where they came from. Many Democrats have been complaining that Trump and ICE have been arresting & deporting ALL illegal aliens who they find, rather than only those having committed heinous crimes.
Trump, Homan, & Noem did say they were going to go after those illegals who had committed serious crimes first & foremost. Sure. But this does not mean that in many cases nonviolent illegals should be ignored.
I saw a YouTube video where ICE intelligence sent ICE officers to an apartment to get 2 high level gang members. They found those 2 along with 10 other illegal aliens who were not gang members & had no records of crimes other than EWI (Entry Without Inspection - ie. US Code 8, Section 1325).
So as long as those 10 were found also, do Democrats think they should be ignored, just because they are guilty or suspected of EWI, without other crimes ?
That. Is ridiculous. ICE may go on raids specifically targeting gang members and those illegal aliens with multiple crime records, but when EWI-only illegals happen to be present, and can be arrested also, there is no reason to ignore them. ALL illegal aliens who ICE finds should be arrested, whether targeted or not. Anything less would be dereliction of duty.
You said ANYONE willing to come should be allowed.Instead of making an assumption, why don’t you ask a question? I absolutely think our immigration system should be regulated. Not open border and not only available to those with Money and credentials.
stan if they come into this country without letting someone know they are here they are illegals...First off calling them illegals is incorrect. That determination can only be made by the courts. That’s not something I believe so I don’t know what you’re talking aboutIgnorance is believing we should discriminate against people who did no wrong to try to help people who experienced no wrong.
Yup. As long as they go through the process. I also think anybody who wants to go to Disneyland should be able to go…. They still have to have a racket and wait in lineYou said ANYONE willing to come should be allowed.
Personally liable.......meaning no tax payer funded lawyers. If a democrat can be tied to the release, aiding and abetting of a criminal invader, that democrat needs to held liable for the crimes that invader commits.
Actually, if we follow the Constitution, they are not citizens. No Supreme Court ruling has ever said that the 14th Amendment gives birthright citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants. The record is clear beyond rational dispute that the authors of the 14th Amendment never intended to authorize any such thing. You seem very confused. Children of immigrants who are born here are not Dreamers. They are CITIZENS
Youwho lets these people in?.....and who doesnt seem to give a shit?.....
sure i dont carl...
I actually agree with that.Actually, if we follow the Constitution, they are not citizens. I bafflingly erred in calling those children "Dreamers." I knew better, but just misspoke. Yes, dreamers are children who were brought here by their illegal immigrant parents--they were not born here. But, as such, they are clearly not citizens.
So let me rephrase my position:
I favor allowing illegal immigrant children who were born here and their parents to remain here, as long as the parents have committed no crimes since their arrival. Granting them permanent resident status with a path to citizenship after 10 years strikes me as a fair arrangement.
As for Dreamers, I'd be willing to say that if they've been living here for 10 years or more, and if their parents have committed no crimes since their arrival, we should make some accommodation to allow them to achieve legal status, but not citizenship.
From a purely practical standpoint, we could really use 10-15 million more taxpayers who are paying into the Social Security system.
actually it is exactly what is happening today and what was happening before senile joe took over. We have immigration laws, why don't you think they should be enforced? What other country in the world does not enforce its immigration laws? That's not the reality now.
he is following the law and the constitution today, deporting those who are here illegally.I actually agree with that.
Sadly Trump does not
she is married to a US citizen; you are simply wrong.
that is exactly what is happening today and since jan 20. if you are in this country illegally you are in violation of our laws and will be deported.I actually agree with that.
