This is not true. A celebrity out in public is free game as it were. Celebrities get upset all the time because someone shot them out in public when they were not prepared. Nothing they can do about it. The photographer doesn't get a release.

Sounds pretty ridiculous. What about snaps from news clips, movies, etc.? These politicians must be concerned their face will be on a meme that shows them as being the asshats that they are.
