Democrats in the House of Representatives and the Senate have reintroduced a plan to expand the Supreme Court from the current nine justices to 13 justices.
Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA), one of the sponsors of the legislation, accused Republicans of hijacking the nomination process for justices while also stealing the majority on the high court.
“Republicans have hijacked the confirmation process and stolen the Supreme Court majority — all to appeal to far-right judicial activists who for years have wanted to wield the gavel to roll back fundamental rights,” Markey said.
“Each scandal uncovered, each norm broken, each precedent-shattering ruling delivered is a reminder that we must restore justice and balance to the rogue, radical Supreme Court. It is time we expand the court,” he added.

Radical Leftist MA Senator Markey wants to disrupt our system of checks and balances.
Because of the Democrat Party's systemic corruption, they cannot operate within the boundaries of our constitution.
Our constitution was specifically designed to protect the citizens from a rogue corrupt government, like the Biden administration.
The Democrats want a one party far left totalitarian government, and they are willing to do almost anything to get it, like illegally using the FBI to frame President Trump with their Russian Collusion plot.
We have witnessed these Corrupt Banana Republic Democrats illegally politicizing the IRS, DOJ and the FBI.
They have used the FBI to illegally harass and arrest their political opponents.
They have illegally used censorship to silence people and deny people vital information.
Therefore, they want to stack the Supreme Court with Far-Left anti-constitutional judges who will let them get away with anything.
