In a big victory for freedom, Joe Biden's fascism is rejected again, this time by members of his own party in concert with Republicans.

FUCK fascist Joe Biden and his Nazi policies!

The Senate is expected to vote as soon as Wednesday to nullify President Biden’s vaccine mandate for large employers, giving Republicans a big symbolic victory.

Republicans say they expect the resolution will pass with at least 52 votes after centrist Sens. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) and Jon Tester (D-Mont.) announced their support for the proposal. Every single Republican senator will vote for it.

The Congressional Review Act (CRA), which was enacted in 1996, sets up a fast-track process in the Senate that allows the minority party to force a vote on a resolution to disapprove of a federal rule. The CRA, however, does not have a fast-track process for the House.

Not sure how you can claim this is a victory.

Even if the House manages to send the bill, it will just be veto'd.

Todays Democrat party is almost universally tainted by communists. That's why it's such a big deal when a couple Democrats actually buck their party and do what's right for the country. Thank God for Manchin and Testor. They should both come to their senses and change parties

Amazing and hard to believe if it happens. Shouldn't be such a pleasant surprise but I'll take it.

The damage is already done though. A lot of companies are pushing for it regardless of bidens mandate.

He got what he wanted, a lot of people forcing it on others. It didn't matter if his mandate passed or not if companies and people bought into it on their own.

But if it becomes illegal to mandate it will save a lot of decent people grief.
