The far-reaching legislation includes $1,400 stimulus checks, $300-per-week jobless benefits through summer, a child allowance of up to $3,600 for one year, $350 billion for state aid, $34 billion to expand Affordable Care Act subsidies and $14 billion for vaccine distribution.

The final vote was 50-49 along party lines, with every Republican voting "no." It came after Democrats voted down a swath of Republican amendments on repeated votes of 50-49 to avoid disrupting the delicate agreement between progressive and moderate senators.

This is a sort of "litmus test" for whether you are an idiot. Only an idiot would approve of this horrible, horrible bill.

Only a complete moron would look at the Republican votes and conclude that the Republicans are "opposed to alleviating peoples' suffering" or other such rot.

The Congress-fukkers who created this are EVIL, but those who merely support it are just stupid. Fourteen hundred dollars or not, EVERY AMERICAN should have fought this bill. It is a travesty.

One of the best things about being 71 years old is that I won't live long enough to have to suffer with the ruined country the Leftists are creating. Fuck them all very much.

Democrats pass legislation to save lives

Republicans read Dr Seuss
Democraps try to argue that taking $14,000 more from us in taxes, spending most of it on bullshit that does nothing to benefit us in the least, and giving us back $1,400, is being done to “save lives”.

It's a scam, plain and simple. Fraud, embezzlement, misappropriation. Every last politician who supports this belongs in prison, not in public office. Of course, there is no accountability for these thieving pieces of shit.
