I think there's plenty of evidence that the Democratic party is doing this to help Iran. The Democratic party is the enemy within.

Legally, under the 2001 AUMF the president can unilaterally make a determination that the Democrats are responsible for the 9/11 attacks and use military force against them.

Zeroing out the budget for ICE and CPB is not a compromise.

That Republican Senators, who are in the majority, chose to go on vacation rather than fight for the safety of Americans shows exacty why we have had decades of Democrats being able to get away with deliberately weaking the United States for percieved political gain.

I was just wondering if this is legal. Protesting is one thing, but this guy is baiting and badgering somebody and I think it crosses the line for a verbal assault. Not sure it should matter if the victim is an LE guy or not, nobody should have to put up with that shit.

Yeah, but does a guy with a microphone get more leeway? How much does freedom of the press play into where the line is for reporting vs harassment enough to shove somebody? It shouldn't happen, but these days reporters are trying to create news to make their political opposition look bad. And they're doing it with the blessing of their management/ownership; no wonder the opinion that most people have of the media is pretty damn low.
