As of right now they routinely clear cut the trees and sell them and the government gets the money. Total rapage of the land. I know. They did it to a spot I hunted for decades.
They even mowed down the oak tees and just left them for harvesting the pines.
Conservation my ass, it's nothing but a scam. People should make that money, not the government.

No. People should own that land, not government.
Government making the money is them making it on top of all the taxes they collect.
For hunting permits and stamps and "conservation" that doesn't happen.
