Seattle man strolls across freeway, steals lady cop's vehicle after tossing her to the ground

Again, I know the law. Apparently, some of you do not.
The criminal posed an imminent threat of bodily harm to others. She is allowed to shoot to kill.

Seattle would have done just fine with one less criminal thug lowlife.

Driving a vehicle is not a threat to society. If he intended to run someone down, then she would be justified.
What a dope. Someone who said he was simply fleeing is certainly stupid.

And guess what else, Libtard? A guy who assaults people and steals vehicles is a threat to society. Guess what else, Libtard. When that guy drives the vehicle, he's still a threat to society.

No. That is your error. Simply stealing her vehicle is not an imminent threat of bodily harm. Think about it!

From your link: . In Tennessee v. Garner (1985), the Supreme Court held that the Fourth Amendment prohibits the use deadly force against a non-violent, unarmed felon who is fleeing.

Wow! So many vigilantes on here! Deadly force is not authorized.

Lady cops. What are they good for? We saw them cowering in Australia when the shooting rampage was going on.

So many incidents involving lady cops that the worldwide MSM never reports on.

And too many people in the West think cop TV shows and movies with lady cops is the real world. It ain't.

At 11:45 a.m. on Christmas, this female cop got a call concerning a Seattle man who was running across the freeway. And then as you saw, a mockery was made of female cops and the dude darts off in the lieutenant's police vehicle.

DEI strikes again

You are lawyer? Or just an arrogant, retired teacher.

I posted the law above. She is authorized to use deadly force of she fears the criminal lowlife is an imminent threat to others. He was driving the vehicle he stole into traffic.

15th post
So, you claim the exact same thing could not happen to a male officer?
A male male?

Or a female DEI hire who thinks she’s a male?

It would be more difficult for the entitled criminal to *****-slap a man the way he did to the woman
