Sea level rise solved

Well, the climate grifters will tell you that isn't the case.

The real truth is, I had to really go bad that decade. :)
So you polluted the oceans and made 'em rise? Shame, shame, shame!

PS: Wtf is this from? That's how it's done, but, whatever. :dunno:

There is no sea level rise because there is no ongoing net ice melt.
So this means the ships do not add to the level at all??/

As of July 2024, the world's merchant fleet had 106,715 ships, including: 20,553 general cargo ships, 5,855 container ships, and 54,816 other vessels.

World merchant fleet data (2015 - 2021) - infomaritime.eu

The world's merchant fleet has a carrying capacity of 2.3 billion dead weight tons (dwt), with oil tankers, bulk carriers, and container ships accounting for 85% of that capacity.

It may, but it seems small compared to all ocean water, and 8 million cubic miles of growing ice on Antarctica.

Fortunately ice in Antarctica does not cause sea level to rise. Because the ice is on land. Pales compared to Earth's fleet of vessels.

If the ocean fisheries are being over-fished it should compensate, so eat more fish people. Do your part.

If you take all the fish out of the sea, sea level will drop, which is what you jest said, lol 🤔

Now factor in displacement. And sea rise has to be almost measurable.

Our seas and oceans are pretty big.

Congratulations! Given you think that ships are causing sea level rise, I bestow upon you this award:
And yet you imagine a super light gas raises sea level. I award you that award you got awarded yourself.

361,000,000 sq km of ocean surface ... the largest vessels are 250,000 tonnes ... how many vessels per year to cause 3.5 mm sea level rise? ...
And yet a very very light gas gets the blame. Amazing.

Regarding the OP, consider the following: When speaking of the "size" of any boat, the statistic of measurement is DISPLACEMENT. That is, the hull, when placed in water DISPLACES so many tons of water. If you put a cubic foot of steel into a full bathtub, a cubic foot of water will splash onto the floor.

All them boats are displacing enough water to cause the oceans to rise by some number of millimeters. Don't ax me to calculate it.

I have considered every bit of that. Does this also apply to the gas CO2?

Both Greenland and Antarctica grew ice during your BS "interglacials," refuting the entire concept.
So what? Over 10,000 years warming and cooling trends will occur in glacial and interglacial periods. The geologic record is littered with examples of such.

Correct, growing Antarctic ice does not cause sea level to rise, it causes it to drop.

Compared to human boats, c'mon man, AA has 8 million cubic miles of ice. Doubt the entire human fleet displaces 20 cubic miles...

The "geologic record" is oxygen isotope BS from Antarctica and documents changes just there, downwind from tectonically active Antarctic Peninsula.

There is the definition of "interglacial"

Here are some characteristics of interglacial periods:
  • Temperature: Temperatures are warmer than during glacial periods.
  • Ice: Ice sheets and glaciers shrink or retreat

And 97% of Earth ice disprove every "interglacial" since they grew ice straight through them...

AA for way more than 800k years
Greenland for way more than 130k years

The oldest continuous ice core records extend to 130,000 years in Greenland, and 800,000 years in Antarctica.

and hence Greenland and Antarctica, 97% of Earth ice, grew through your bullshit "interglacials" and refuted the entire concept.

Water vapor? ... yes indeed water is only 18 grams per mole, compared to 29 g/mole for dry air ... yet it appears to have supernatural abilities ... what's amazing is all the exotic properties for such a mundane substance ...

Very high heat capacity ...
Very high surface tension ...
Extremely high latent heat values ...

Never mind water is densest in her liquid state ... 4ºC at 1 atmosphere pressure ... ice floats ... truly exotic ...

The geologic record is a shit load of empirical data, Apu.

That's 2.3 billion cubic meters ... thereabouts anyway ... 361 trillion square meters of ocean surface ... that gives us 150 microns of sea level rise over all time ...

Math is your enemy ...
