On Sunday, Hillary Clinton told Chuck Todd that no unborn child has constitutional rights. "The unborn person doesn't have constitutional rights," under our current laws, said Clinton. She also said that "the woman's right to make decisions" is most important when it comes to abortion. Most notable perhaps is Clinton's use of "person." Oftentimes, when talking about a woman's right to choose, pro-choicers will use terminology that suggests the unborn is not a person or human, but a "fetus."

The Unborn Victims of Violence Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-212) is a United States law which recognizes a child in utero as a legal victim, if they are injured or killed during the commission of any of over 60 listed federal crimes of violence. The law defines "child in utero" as "a member of the species Homo sapiens, at any stage of development, who is carried in the womb".https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unborn_Victims_of_Violence_Act#cite_note-1[1]

That law doesn't prevent a woman from getting an abortion.

PS, you owe me 2 thousand bucks.

i saw her dance around, she was trying to sound serious and not gory at the same time. my god she is creepy.
legally speaking Trump was correct about complicit to a crime, although the burden of culpability stays with the doctor. not only is i not a victimless crime, it has completely helpless victims. abortion should't be used as birth control. this emotional religious subject will never reach parity.

Life after Roe. Anna Quindlen’s column in Newsweek this week is titled “How much jail time?” and argues that pro-lifers are dodging the issue of jail time for women who seek abortions. She concludes: “there are only two logical choices: hold women accountable for a criminal act by sending them to prison, or refuse to criminalize the act in the first place. If you can’t countenance the first, you have to accept the second. You can’t have it both ways.” Knowing Quindlen isn’t the first and won’t be the last to ask the question, National Review Online asked a group of pro-life experts: Is “How much jail time?” a key question pro-lifers ignore when discussing abortion and life after Roe?

HADLEY ARKES Once again we find ourselves twitted by the partisans of abortion to show our own seriousness by our willingness to punish in the severest way the taking of an innocent life. Is the implication that, if we use a gentler hand, we must not really think that human beings are being killed in these surgeries? It has apparently escaped the notice of Ms. Quindlen that the law does not need to invoke the harshest penalties for the sake of teaching moral lessons. The point may be made at times with gentler measures. In the tradition of legislating on abortion, a certain distinction was made out of prudence: On the one hand there may a young, unmarried woman, who finds herself pregnant, with the father of the child not standing with her.

Abandoned by the man, and detached from her family, she may feel the burden of the crisis bearing on her alone, with the prospect of life-altering changes. On the other hand, there is the man trained in surgery, the professional who knows exactly what he is doing — he knows that he is destroying a human life, either by poisoning a child or dismembering it. And in perfect coolness and detachment, and at a nice price, he makes the killing of the innocent his office-work. Certain women may indeed be guilty of a callous willingness to destroy a child for the sake of their own self-interest. But the law makes a prudent, tempered choice when it makes the abortionist the target of its censure and brings solely upon him the weight of the punishment.

In the 25 year crusade the right wing losers have waged against the Clintons; Hillary has:

Represented the US admirably as first lady
Won a Grammy
Won election to the US Senate Twice
Became a best-selling author
Is constantly cited as one of the worlds most admired women
Came in 2nd place in a Presidential primary for a nationwide party.
Was named SoS; being overwhelmingly confirmed by the Senate

You guys have gotten 25 years older and have nothing to show for it.

Calling her names is really working…keep it up.

A fallacious thesis leads only to laughter, and that is why we are laughing at you, Vigilante.

This is the way it is.

She single-handedly won the war in Bosnia with no thought given to herself in the line of fire.

She shared top secret information with the Chinese, Iranians and Russians and doubtless many others.

She championed the "Russian reset, after which they took half the Ukraine."

She brought a new level of sleaze to American politics unseen since her hometown of Chicago in the 1920s.

She lost to a black junior Senator in 2007.

She is distrusted by almost all American except blacks and middle-aged white dingbat women.

She's icky!

Won a Grammy

oh yeah, i forgot about that.

The 56th annual Grammy Awards take place on Sunday, but let's remember the 39th annual Grammy Awards, since that's when Hillary Rodham Clinton was awarded top honors in the Best Spoken Word or Non-musical Album category by The Recording Academy. Clinton won for the audio version of "It Takes A Village," her 1996 book which detailed how the then-first lady hoped to "to help make our society into the kind of village that enables children to become smart, able, resilient adults."
