One of the known side-effects of this dangerous, experimental mRNA shit, is a tendency for red blood cells to clump together, known as agglutination. This also happens to be an effect of diabetes; and is a major mechanism by which diabetes tends to lead, eventually, to serious complications, such as amputations, blindness, organ failures, and so on.

Tainted Tommy is diabetic, so he already had a known tendency toward agglutination, and here, he's been stupidly taking drugs that are known to aggravate this effect. And as a result, he has already had one leg amputated. One has to wonder how close he is to losing the other leg. Not to mention other complications that are surely developing as well.

No reason you should. I suppose that it's possible, with some of the earlier versions, that it may have happened once or twice that one fell on someone, who was injured or killed by it. The original 11/780 model weighed more than a ton. Later models were smaller, and lighter, but I suppose if you dropped a MicroVAX on someone, it might still be heavy enough to cause an injury.
