Mueller did not say that no one obstructed his investigation. He list numerous times when Trump attempted to fire him, or have him fired, which failed only because Trump's subordinates refused to carry out his order to fire Mueller. There were also Trump's attacks on Jeff Sessions for recusing himself.
That "numerous counts" comes from the Mueller Report, which details 9 separate attempts at obstruction, of which four tick off every box on obstruction definition.
Intimidation of witnesses - Michael Cohen's family was threatened. Mueller also said that Trump wasn't truthful in his answers to questions.
Firing Mueller was within his rights as President. There is no obstruction there.
