All I can say is now us white liberals know a little bit how black people feel when they get murdered by whites and those whites get off scott free but if a black person did the exact same thing, they'd get shot or thrown in jail and you white conservatives would not defend them. The fact you don't even know about this case tells me you live in a bubble. Stop only listening to right wing media. It's rotting your already demented brain.

“With this pardon, the Governor has desecrated the life of a murdered Texan and US Air Force veteran, and impugned that jury's just verdict,” she said. “He has declared that Texans who hold political views that are different from his – and different from those in power – can be killed in this State with impunity."
DA Garza also condemned the decision to pardon Perry, saying the board and Abbott made a “mockery of our legal system.”
“Their actions are contrary to the law and demonstrate that there are two classes of people in this state where some lives matter and some lives do not,” Garza said in a statement.
